Vidafirst™ User

Is a person who may or may not register on the vidafirst.com website but who navigates the site for whatever reason. Users are subject to all applicable legal terms and conditions.

Retail Customer

Is anyone who buys a Vidafirst product or package whether or not that customer elects to sell Vidafirst products and earn sales commissions (rewards) by selling products to others. NOTE: a user does not have to be a customer to become a Brand Promoter. He or she however, must register on the Vidafirst website and agree to all legal terms.

Brand Promoter

Is a position that is earned when a registered user decides to sell to others OR earns a commission pursuant to the VIBP Sales Rewards Plan. A Brand Promoter is always and only, an independent contractor and will be sent an IRS 1099 income report at the end of any year he/she earned commissions IF they are United States residents. Non-U.S. residents will have their income reported to the extent that their country of residence requires it. The full legal designation of a Brand Promoter is “Vidafirst Independent Brand Promoter” or “VIBP”. NOTE: a user does not have to be a customer to become a Brand Promoter. He or she however, must agree to all legal terms.

Auto-Ship

Is a regular shipment of product on the basis of a standing order supported by some form of automatic payment (with a credit card, for example).

VIBP

Is the acronym for Vidafirst Independent Brand Promoter.

VIBP Sales Rewards Plan

Is the sales commissions, bonuses and rewards plan that explains the potential income that VIBP’s may earn when they sell, directly refer or, in some cases, indirectly refer others who buy product(s). It is highly recommended that all VIBP’s understand the VIBP Sales Rewards Plan so that they can understand the income potential of the Plan.
